Screw Vacuum Pump
A screw vacuum pump is a dry, positive-displacement vacuum pump that uses a pair of counter-rotating, non-contacting screw rotors which continuously mesh, seal, convey, and discharge gas inside the pump chamber. By continuously removing gas from an enclosed space, it reduces the pressure below atmospheric—down to near-zero levels. Owing to its dry operation, wide operating pressure range, high efficiency, and low maintenance requirements, the screw vacuum pump has become the preferred alternative to traditional oil-sealed and water-ring technologies in pharmaceutical and chemical processing, food freeze-drying, lithium-battery and other new-energy manufacturing, semiconductor and photovoltaic production, and environmental-protection applications.
Quiet Running, the noise level is much lower than other technologies.
Sustainable development of productivity brought bout by stable efficiency.
Compared with common oil lubrication and dry rotary vane pump technology have better performance.
Advanced screw technology, variable frequency and innovative motor design bringing a leap in energy efficiency.
It maintains super high oil recovery capacity under all running pressures, reducing the impact on the environment.
SPACE SAVING : SVP series is one of the smallest equipment on the market, and it is an ideal choice for vacuum machine room installation All parts are assembled in a neat shell. Plug and play.
